3. Products, Pricing and Availability

• We make every effort to accurately display our products, including sizing, fabric, and colour. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography, and this does not constitute a defect.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Where an order is cancelled after payment for such reasons, a full refund will be issued.

• Country of origin and other statutory product declarations are displayed on the relevant product listing in accordance with applicable Legal Metrology requirements.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/SMS from us.

• Payments are processed through RBI-approved third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

• In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline specified by our payment partner and your bank.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraudulent activity or payment discrepancies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines indicated at checkout; these are estimates and not guarantees, and may be affected by location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Given the intimate nature of our products, the following conditions apply in addition to our detailed Returns and Exchange Policy:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (e.g. briefs/panties and swimwear bottoms) may only be eligible for size exchange rather than return, unless the item is defective or incorrect, as specified on the product page.

• Items may be tried on over your own innerwear to check fit but should not be worn against bare skin before a decision to keep them is made.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within the timeline stated in our Returns Policy, after the returned item passes a quality check.

• Products marked "Final Sale," used gift cards, and worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

• Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, may not be combinable, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and must be used within their stated validity period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to the Savvyy, Vonzzo, Sluuw, Angels and Ollvera names and logos, product designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Kurseong International Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, including in product reviews.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other users' accounts, or our systems.

• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Website without our permission.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website's functioning.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

10. Reviews and User-Generated Content

By submitting a product review, photo, or other content to the Website, you grant Savvyy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, and you confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any third party's rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savvyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased, including loss of data, business, or profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable consumer protection laws, including your right to raise a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline or before the appropriate consumer forum.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Savvyy, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, or technical failures.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (including payment gateways and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.
